We will do our very best to ensure that flower types and presentation are maintained as closely as possible to the examples you see
on the website. However, flowers and containers may vary from time to time and season to season due to seasonal or market availability. If necessary, we'll choose the right alternative while fully maintaining the look and value of your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by phone on 09-4145657 or email florist@flowersnz.com within 36 hours of receiving the flowers. Please send photo proof and we will replace your flowers or give you a full refund. It is important that you contact us immediately so that we are able to assess the condition of the flowers.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error .

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the same credit or debit card that has been used to place an order. 
 

Cancellation Of Order

Please note that all cancellations will incur an administration fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery will incur a fee of 30% of total order value or $30 (whichever is the greatest)
  • Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery will incur a fee of $15
Please note we are unable to cancel the order if it's been already prepared or already with the courier for delivery.
